This certificate is issued to the director of the real estate agency "GOLDEN TREE REAL ESTATE," Abdullah Çakmak, and confirms that he is a professional real estate agent authorized to conduct any real estate transactions in Turkey for both individuals and legal entities.
Membership Certificate
"GOLDEN TREE REAL ESTATE" is registered in the Trade Register of the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under the real estate agencies section. This allows the company to conduct business, buy and sell real estate to Turkish and foreign citizens or legal entities, and provide additional services while entering into contracts with developers and other counterparties.

Consultation and Property Selection


  • Submit a request or call us. We will provide a free consultation to discuss your preferences and answer any questions. We will select options that fit your goals and budget, giving you a complete overview of the real estate market.

Property Viewing and Contract Signing


  • We will arrange an online tour or an in-person visit to view properties. We will meet you at the airport, arrange accommodation, and accompany you to all meetings.
  • After selecting a property, we will help you finalize the purchase agreement with the seller. The contract does not transfer ownership but includes all the purchase details. If you cannot attend the transaction in person, we will arrange a notarized power of attorney for the purchase and handle all the details. At this stage, a deposit of 5-10% of the cost is required.

TIN Registration, Account Opening, and Payment


  • To register the property, you need to obtain a TIN and open a bank account in Turkey. We will assist you with this.
  • Transfer of the TAPU (title deed) is possible only after full payment. If a mortgage or installment plan is involved, the TAPU will indicate the encumbrance until full payment is made.

Transfer of Ownership


  • After payment, we meet with the seller at the Land Registry Office to transfer ownership (TAPU). From that moment, you become the rightful owner of the property.

Key Handover and After-Sales Support


  • After completing all legal formalities, we will hand over the keys to your new property.
  • We also offer after-sales service based on a notarized power of attorney and property management for your comfort and security.
